This notice explains how (UEN ) handles personal data, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
What this website collects
This website has no contact form, no login and no online transactions. We do not ask you to enter personal details anywhere on it, and we do not use advertising or analytics trackers.
The currency converter works entirely inside your own browser. The amounts you type are never sent to us.
Third-party services on this website
Some parts of this page are provided by other companies. When your browser loads them, those companies may receive your IP address and set their own cookies, under their own privacy policies rather than ours.
- Google Maps — the map on our Visit us section is embedded from Google.
- Google Sheets — our exchange rates are published from a Google spreadsheet. It contains rate figures only, and never any customer information.
- Cloudflare — hosts this website and may log technical request data for security purposes.
When you message us
If you contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, we receive whatever you choose to send us, such as your phone number and your message. We use it only to answer your enquiry.
WhatsApp is run by another company and has its own privacy policy. Please do not send us identity documents or bank details through WhatsApp unless we have specifically asked you to.
Personal data collected at our shop
When you exchange currency at our counter, we are required by law to record identification details for certain transactions. We collect this to meet the Monetary Authority of Singapore's requirements for money-changing licensees, including anti-money-laundering rules.
We keep these records for as long as the law requires, and we protect them with reasonable security arrangements. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for marketing.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you may ask us what personal data we hold about you and how we have used it, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, and withdraw consent for uses that are not required by law.
